Services included in the Table Top

  • An exhibition space (approx. 2m x 2m) on which to set up your products and communication tools: umbrella stand, roll-up, display stand... 
  • Basic equipment including: a 180 x 80 cm table, 2 chairs and 1 power strip, loan of a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, sugar, cups...
  • Coffee breaks and meals as indicated in the program
  • Unlimited WiFi
  • A badge giving you free access to the entire technical and scientific program
  • A list of event participants
  • The possibility of registering an additional person at the preferential rate of €930 ext VAT (+ membership fees to be arranged)

For deliveries, your parcels must be labelled with : 
  • Name of your company
  • Name of on-site stand manager
  • Name of A3P event

A storage area will be available for exhibitors throughout the event.

For the return of equipment, all parcels must be repacked on site. It is essential that your parcels are easily identifiable by the carrier. Please include at least the following information:
  • Name and address of your company
  • Contact details of the person responsible for your company
  • Name of A3P event

Packages not collected during the hours specified below will be subject to storage charges.

A3P declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to packages during transport. It is the responsibility of your company to take out insurance, if necessary, to cover the equipment shipped.
Furthermore, neither the organizer nor the event venue can be held responsible if packages are not collected on the days and at the times indicated.
